Then they announce those carbs you were loading up on are making you fat so they switch to all fat and no carb diets. Then they mix up the balance- one thing is suddenly good for you and then that same thing is now bad or even dangerous. No wonder everyone is fat, who can keep up with these trends.And yet there is one simple thing that no one ever talks about. It is there in everything that we do each and every day, even before diet and exercise, and yet no one realizes this one natural action directly effects how they lose or gain weight.It’s not a pill, it’s not a gadget, and it isn’t some magical trendy fruit. What it is- is breathing. And 90% of people are not breathing properly- causing them to gain weight instead of losing it naturally.
