The latest diet trend keeps being reinvented, but let’s face it. For those who participate, you’re lucky if it lasts longer than the pair of socks you put on for the day. Even more so if the trend itself lasts in the news and magazines as a working diet.First fat was bad for you, so you load up on carbs and avoid fat of any kind, even the fat your body needs. Then they announce those carbs you were loading up on are making you fat so they switch to all fat and no carb diets. Then they mix up the balance- one thing is suddenly good for you and then that same thing is now bad or even dangerous. No wonder everyone is fat, who can keep up with these trends.And yet there is one simple thing that no one ever talks about. It is there in everything that we do each and every day, even before diet and exercise, and yet no one realizes this one natural action directly effects how they lose or gain weight.It’s not a pill, it’s not a gadget, and it isn’t some magical trendy fruit. What it is- is breathing. And 90% of people are not breathing properly- causing them to gain weight instead of losing it naturally. Breathing correctly alone will get your body functioning properly and looking better than ever.Yes, breathing. Breathing is the most natural and healthy activity we participate in on a daily basis. It is what keeps us alive. These problems compound and create stress, pain, extra weight, bad digestion and poor sleep.And so most people have unneeded stress, worry, and doubts in their life. It is what we came into this world doing first, breathing. And more importantly, breathing correctly.In fact, breathing correctly is the most basic form of exercise there is. Work outs change drastically when proper breathing is involved. Eating right is suddenly improved from the simple act of breathing correctly. Trends and diet fads may come and go, but breathing is here to stay.
