OK back to the issue at hand. Really thin and delicate skin around and under the eye. As we grow older that skin gets even thinner, like we need that bit of help, right. Moving forward now, Unacceptable blood flow to the eye area, shortage of good nourishment (over our lifetime), broken capillaries under the eyes, the pooling of hemoglobin and/or other fluids and blood under the eyes. Wrinkles, please don’t leave them out of the mix.
